Many of our clients sometimes just need support to augment their immediate projects with experts in various disciplines. CASI has a core team of experts that it draws from its various practices and its offshore and onshore development teams. These consultants come with a wide range of skills, and draw from their years of experience in various facets of application development . These people are selected initially through a rigorous three stage process where their education, work experience, communication and interpersonal skills are scrutinized. Each of these employees has an average of at least 4 years experience in a specified area of engineering/technology. Once employed, they are encouraged to go in for certifications in their respective areas of expertise. They are also encouraged to continuously take courses in the latest fields of technology on a continuing basis at our center for higher learning to give them the advantage they need to deliver cutting edge solutions to our clients.
